In a world deprived of honesty,
music fans are searching for something real.

Singer/songwriter Amy Monaghan believes that music can speak to the heart better than anything. She combines her deep emotions with absolute truth for a listening experience that is not quickly forgotten.

This petite blonde has been performing most of her life. Before the age of 20, Amy joined a local Christian Pop band called "Big, Big Fish". She traveled regionally, performing in front of large crowds. Their single, "Light of Your Love", co-written by Amy, was #1 for six weeks on local Christian radio.

Recording with "Big, Big Fish" lead Amy to Producer, Tedd T., who hired her to work in his studio. She gained a ton of experience as a background vocalist singing for local and national artists. (Tammy Trent, D.O.C., Versus)

Amy continued recording after Tedd T. moved his studio to Nashville. "Quiet Place", an acoustic pop CD, pleased many listeners. And "Deep Blue Sky" caused music fans to smile with its techno pop sound.

Amy’s husband, Dan Monaghan, later transformed this pop princess into somewhat of a rocker. He snatched her as a vocalist and keyboard player for his band, Maricopa Haze. Amy went through rigorous rock training in this band influenced by Nickelback & Lenny Kravitz.

And Now, with the lighter sounds similar to Michelle Branch & Avril Lavign. Amy’s sound is a modern pop/rock canvas for her colorful experiences. With songs that range from devastation and anger to hope and forgiveness, Amy Monaghan determines to lead you through your emotions to the honest truth.
